General Description of Recombinant Human PDIA4.
Human PDIA4 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 646 amino acids (21-645 AA ) and having a molecular weight of 72.9kDa. The PDIA4 is fused to 21 AA His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
