General Description of Recombinant Human PPIL2.
Human PPIL2 fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminal produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 547 amino acids (1-527 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 61.6 kDa. The PPIL2 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
