General Description of Recombinant Human PPM1G.
Human PPM1G produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 566 amino acids (1-546) and having a molecular mass of 61.4 kDa. The PPM1G is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.

Human PPM1G Bioactive Protein Product Attributes

Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant PPM1G based upon sequence from Human
Host: QP10834 protein expressed in E. Coli.
