General Description of Recombinant Human PRDX3.
Human PRDX3 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 195 amino acids (63-256 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 21.5 kDa. The PRDX3 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.

Human PRDX3 Bioactive Protein Product Attributes

Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant PRDX3 based upon sequence from Human
Host: QP10839 protein expressed in E. Coli.
Available Tags: Untagged
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of PRDX3 was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: Bioactive
Application Notes: Please contact us for application specific information for QP10839.
Bioactivity Data: The specific activity was found to be approximately 82-83 pmole/min/µg. The enzymatic activity was confirmed by measuring the remaining peroxide after incubation of PRDX3 and peroxide for 20 min at room temperature. Specific activity is defined as the amount of hydroperoxide that 1ug of enzyme can reduce at 25°C for 1 minute.
