Human PRDX6 Bioactive Protein Product Attributes
Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant PRDX6 based upon sequence from Human
Host: QP10842 protein expressed in E. Coli.
Available Tags: His
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of PRDX6 was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: Bioactive
Application Notes: Please contact us for application specific information for QP10842.
Bioactivity Data: The specific activity was found to be approximately 95-120 pmole/min/µg. The enzymatic activity was confirmed by measuring the remaining peroxide after incubation of PRDX6 and peroxide for 20 min at room temperature. Specific activity is defined as the amount of hydroperoxide that 1ug of enzyme can reduce at 25°C for 1 minute.
