General Description of Recombinant Human ALDOC.
Human ALDOC produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 364 amino acids (1-364 AA) and having a molecular mass of 39.4kDa. ALDOC is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
