General Description of Recombinant Human BCKDHA.
Human BCKDHA fused with a 21 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 421 amino acids (46-445 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 47.8kDa. The BCKDHA is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
