| CD164 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (24-162 AA ) and fused to a 6 aa His Tag at C-terminus containing a total of 148 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15.6kDa. CD164 shows multiple bands between 28-57kDa on SDS-PAGE, reducing conditions and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
