General Description of Recombinant Human CD1E.
Human CD1E produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 297 amino acids (32-305 AA) and having a molecular mass of 33.1kDa. CD1E is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
