General Description of Recombinant Human CD207.
Human CD207 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 287 amino acids (65-328 AA) and having a molecular mass of 32.2kDa. CD207 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
