General Description of Recombinant Human CD58.
Human CD58 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (29-215 AA) and having a molecular mass of 23.8kDa. CD58 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
