General Description of Recombinant Human CDK16.
Human CDK16 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 362 amino acids (158-496aa) and having a molecular mass of 41.1kDa. CDK16 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
