General Description of Recombinant Human CKB.
Human CKB produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 401 amino acids (1-381 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 44.8 kDa. The CKB is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
