General Description of Recombinant Human CNDP1.
CNDP1 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 489 amino acids (27-507AA ) and having a molecular mass of 54.9kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa). CNDP1 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by FPLC using an optimized columns, reagents, and instrument parameters for maximum separation from contaminants .
