General Description of Recombinant Mouse EPHA4.
Mouse EPHA4 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single polypeptide chain containing 536 amino acids (20-547) and having a molecular mass of 59.3kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70KDa). EPHA4 is fused to 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
