General Description of Recombinant Human ERCC1.
Human ERCC1 produced in E. Coli encoding human full length ERCC1 is fused to a GST tag and has a total molecular mass of 61kDa (including GST). The ERCC1 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
