General Description of Recombinant Human ERO1L.
Human ERO1L produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 468 amino acids (24-468) and having a molecular mass of 54.4 kDa. ERO1L is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
