General Description of Recombinant Human EXOSC1.
Human EXOSC1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 218 amino acids (1-195AA) and having a molecular mass of 23.8kDa. EXOSC1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
