General Description of Recombinant Human FAHD1.
Human FAHD1 fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 244 amino acids (1-224 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 27kDa. The FAHD1 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
