General Description of Recombinant Human GCDH.
Human GCDH produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 415 amino acids (45-438 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 45.8 kDa. The GCDH is fused to 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
