Storage Conditions: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

| IL 28B produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (22-196 AA ) and fused to a 6 aa His Tag at C-terminus containing a total of 181 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 20.4kDa. IL 28B shows multiple bands between 18-28kDa on SDS-PAGE, reducing conditions and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
