General Description of Recombinant Human LY9.
Human LY9 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 416 amino acids (48-454 aa) and having a molecular mass of 45.9kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). LY9 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
