General Description of Recombinant Mouse MCP 1.
Mouse MCP-1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 146 amino acids (24-148 AA) and having a molecular mass of 16kDa. MCP-1 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
