General Description of Recombinant Human MSR1.
Human MSR1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 398 amino acids (77-451 AA) and having a molecular mass of 43.7kDa. MSR1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
