General Description of Recombinant Human NUBP2.
Human NUBP2 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 294 amino acids (1-271 AA) and having a molecular mass of 31.2kDa. NUBP2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
