General Description of Recombinant Human NUDC.
Human NUDC produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 354 amino acids (1-331 AA) and having a molecular mass of 40.6kDa. NUDC is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
