General Description of Recombinant Mouse OPG.
Mouse OPG produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 388 amino acids (22-401AA ) and having a molecular mass of 44.4kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa). OPG is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
