General Description of Recombinant Human PARD6B.
Human PARD6B produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 395 amino acids (1-372) and having a molecular mass of 43.6kDa. PARD6B is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
