General Description of Recombinant Human PPP1R3B.
Human PPP1R3B produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 308 amino acids (1-285) and having a molecular mass of 35.1 kDa. PPP1R3B is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
