Recombinant Staphylococcal Protein A produced in E. Coli is a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 434 amino acids (37-469 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 48.1 kDa. Recombinant Staphylococcal Protein A is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
