General Description of Recombinant Human QTRT1.
Human QTRT1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 428 amino acids (1-403 AA) and having a molecular mass of 46.7kDa. QTRT1 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
