General Description of Recombinant Human RFXANK.
Human RFXANK produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 260 amino acids (1-237) and having a molecular mass of 28kDa. RFXANK is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
