General Description of Recombinant Mouse SERPINF2.
SERPINF2 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 470 amino acids (28-491 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 52.9kDa (Migrates at 70-100kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). SERPINF2 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
