General Description of Recombinant Human sIL 2R.
Human Interleukin-2R produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids (22-213) corresponding to the mature IL2-R protein with an amino terminal hexahistidine tag. The IL-2R is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
