General Description of Recombinant Human TGFBR2.
Human TGFBR2 produced in in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 383 amino acids (23-166AA) and having a molecular mass of 43.3kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). TGFBR2 is expressed with a 239aa hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
