General Description of Recombinant E. Coli TNAA.
TNAA Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 494 amino acids (1-471) and having a molecular mass of 55.2kDa. TNAA is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
