General Description of Recombinant Human TNFRSF8.
TNFRSF8 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 370 amino acids (19-379 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 39.5kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). TNFRSF8 is expressed with a 9 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
