General Description of Recombinant Human TNFSF8.
Human TNFSF8 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 195 amino acids (63-234 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 22kDa. TNFSF8 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
