General Description of Recombinant Human TUBG1.
Human TUBG1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 471 amino acids (1-451 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 53.3kDa. TUBG1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
