General Description of Recombinant Human ZADH2.
Human ZADH2 produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 368 amino acids (33-377) and having a molecular mass of 39kDa. ZADH2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
