Buffer: The MECP2 solution (0.45 mg/ml) contains 50mM Tris, 135mM NaCl, 20% Glycerol, pH 7.5 and 200µg/ml FLAG peptide.
Storage Conditions: MECP2 although stable 4°C for 4 weeks, should be stored below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
