Bioactivity Data: ①Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized KLRK1 (CSB-MP012474HU1) at 10 ug/ml can bind human ULBP1, the EC50 of human ULBP1 protein is 228.5-427.6 ng/ml.
②Human KLRK1 protein Fc tag (CSB-MP012474HU1) captured on COOH chip can bind Human ULBP1 protein Fc/myc tag (CSB-MP887177HU) with an affinity constant of 2.27 nM as detected by LSPR Assay.

Storage Conditions: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
