Immobilized SARS-CoV S-RBD at 2 ug/ml can bind Paguma larvata ACE2 (CSB-MP684964PAL), the EC50 is 5.056-7.559 ng/ml.②Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized SARS-CoV S-RBD at 5 ug/ml can bind human ACE2 (CSB-MP866317HU), the EC50 is 7.941-10.49 ng/ml.

Storage Conditions: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
