| CD40 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 180 amino acids (20-193 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 20.1kDa (Migrates at 18-28kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). CD40 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
