General Description of Recombinant Human S100B. | |
Human S100B produced in E. Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 112 amino acids fragment (1-92) with a 20 amino acids N-terminal His tag and having a total molecular mass of 12.8kDa. The S100B is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
