| Human CD28 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 376 amino acids (19-152AA ) and having a molecular mass of 42.4kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa). CD28 is expressed with a 242 amino acids hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
