| CD80 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (37-246 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 24.7kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). CD80 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
