| Human CD80 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (35-242AA ) and having a molecular mass of 24.9kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). CD80 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
